Olivia is simply wonderful. She took the time to really listen to our needs and understand our routine, before she decided what dogs in the litter would be the best picks for us. During the time leading to the pick up, she sent frequent video updates about their development. In the last 6 weeks of having Pippin in our home, Olivia has continued to give good advice over messages regarding teething, training, diet, and grooming. She is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about her puppies and I would happily reach out again should we decide to add another puppy in the future.
